With 15+ years of sales, sales leadership, and sales consultancy experience, we found that lots have already been written and published on sales tactics, playbooks, and methodologies (The scientific part of sales); however, when it comes to execution and delivery, only a few manage to nail their pitch, over-achieved their quotas, and dance successfully the buyer & sellers dance (The artistic part of sales). Perhaps because in sales, one size DOESN'T fit all.

By leveraging our experience, we listen to sales calls, from the initial intros, product demos, and commercial discussions, and then, we provide clear and practical feedback on how to do better when needed or what should be modeled and replicated when we love what we see.
